I have been considering joining a support group for 4 months. Eventually, I went for it – and it was one of the best decisions in my life. They have helped me in crisis, but the true value for me was opening to people and the friendships I have made there – hopefully for life.

I was in a place where I had everything and nothing would make me happy. What saved me was the fact that somebody finally understood me without judgment. Depression is a terrible sickness, and I dont wish it upon anyone – luckily now I know what to do not to be alone with it.

“Man Up” is probably the stupidest thing one can have in their head. Misfortune never travels alone, so it only makes sense to tackle it in a group. All together lads!
