In today’s world, people are increasingly turning to yoga classes in the hope of learning to disconnect from the endless stream of information, alleviate the effects of stress and relieve tension in the body.
There are several styles of yoga. In our classes, we practise TriYoga. It is a gentle, flowing form of yoga.
Our classes are about balance and harmony of the external and internal, taking care of the body and mind through the practice of breathing, kriyas and asanas.

- about a healthy spine !
- about elastic tendons and ligaments !
- about improving lymph flow !
- about speeding up your metabolism
- about strengthening the pelvic floor muscles !
- and as a nice bonus - a fit, strong body.

The session consists of three parts:
- breathing practices !
- the active part: kriyas and asanas !
- yoga nidra with a Tibetan singing bowl
The classes are held by certified TriYoga teacher Inna Strilets
Our classes for women do not require any prior experience.
Every Wednesday, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
